I have been trying hard with my calorie watching diet all the week.

We have just had for dinner a Waitrose Chicken Korma curry and a bag of Tilda rice, each. Went to check on calories on the packets after the meal, and each pack of curry is supposed to serve two! And each bag of rice is also supposed to serve two!!! I have just eaten two dinners. shock

No wonder my little tum-tum is feeling tight. Who knew? confused hmm

And to make matters worse, did you read the fat/sugar info on the pack, many of the packaged dinners are high in one or both. Guess you need to go for a run tomorrow smile

Prepared meals for one are difficult to find,

M&S are full of them. All nutritional info included. Lots of low fat low sugar options. Just read the packaging its all there.

DH has just read that you have to walk for half an hour to burn off the calories consumed in quarter of a pizza. I said, "I'll see you in two hours then, shall I? Don't get lost!" grin. He got quite grumpy.

The problem with low fat/low sugar prepared foods, is that they are often low fat OR low sugar, rarely both. You will often find that a low sugar option has more fat than the normal one and visa versa.

GLASS YOU THERE? ??!

Pompa check out the various M&S ranges. They are more expensive than some other shops individual meals but are a Godsend to us. Nutritional make up is excellent and no waste.
