3 bags of dolly mixtures for a £1 instead of 39p each, right I'll be sensible and get 3 - but of course I've scoffed the lot!
Multipack of crisps, handy to have in.....no, only 1 pack left!

Katy are you living up to Krunch?

Says she that had coffee cake at lunch time.
And has just devoured a piece of lemon drizzle cake that I had bought for DH yesterday at a local open garden event.

Oh well if you snooze you loose! blush

I bought some low fat Rich Tea biscuits and then went and spread Nutella on them....fail!

Ooooo heck!, Asda online shop and it was 5 for a £1, I've had the Refresher Bursts, they were lovely!, 2 bags of Dolly Mixtures, another Refresher Burst and a Mix Up, should last me days - in my dreams lol.

I'm fearless, me (and some might say incredibly greedy).

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 21-Jun-16 23:09:14

Bet you still went down there. grin

Maggiemaybe Tue 21-Jun-16 23:07:34

Good try, jingl grin

grannylyn65 Tue 21-Jun-16 22:15:28

Well we just had new Range opened!
And 'proper' Turkish Delight; tried to make some. It did go well sad

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 21-Jun-16 19:51:01

Maggiemaybe there's a ghost down there.

Maggiemaybe Tue 21-Jun-16 19:31:37

Well thanks a bunch, you lot. Reading about all your gluttony has prompted me to raid the DGS's treat tin - 2 Freddos and a packet (a teensy, tiny packet) of chocolate Buttons later, I'm now thinking about their choc ices, hidden away in the depths of the cellar freezer.

Indinana Tue 21-Jun-16 19:08:04

Don't know why that > crept in there. Oh yes, I know! I held down the shift key when I wanted a fullstop!

Indinana Tue 21-Jun-16 19:06:58

Every time I go to The Range I can't leave without buying sweets. It's become a habit blush. The other day it was a bag of peppermint creams. They were individually wrapped so I thought that would slow down the scoffing. No chance> Let me tell you it is very easy to unwrap peppermint creams while driving.
I've either got to break this habit, or stop going to The Range hmm

rosesarered Tue 21-Jun-16 18:43:59

Heehee, yes, it's a siren call isn't it?From the depths of the drawer/cupboard or wherever we have stashed them away.Who can resist?

Badenkate Tue 21-Jun-16 18:21:31

I am as weak-willed as you Katey so I DON'T BUY!!! If I do, then I can hear them calling me from wherever I've hidden them out of sight. I suggest you do the same sad

Kateykrunch Tue 21-Jun-16 16:20:24

And I also crave turkish delight and chocolate buttons, you lot are no help at all...well, jingle was at least.

Kateykrunch Tue 21-Jun-16 16:19:15

Ooooo jingle, so right.....

Kateykrunch Tue 21-Jun-16 16:18:21

Grannylyn65 that was meant for lol.

Kateykrunch Tue 21-Jun-16 16:17:20

Well thats just made me want some Percy Pigs, thanks for that!!

Mikayla Tue 21-Jun-16 13:57:53

At least it's not just me then smile
Made the mistake of getting tempted in the pound shop yesterday. Multipack of Milky Bar buttons. I thought "oh they are only 109 calories per bag, handy for when you really fancy something sweet." Thing is it's 109 calories when you eat just the one (tiny) bag. There os one left at least, can't think where the other three vanished to

hildajenniJ Tue 21-Jun-16 13:48:24

He

hildajenniJ Tue 21-Jun-16 13:47:55

My OH does this. On my kitchen table are 2 bags of dolly mixtures, 2 bags of foamy bananas, 1 bag of fudge and 1 bag of chocolate raisins. He rarely eats sweets, so it's down to me. Well, it be a pity to waste them!!grin

ninathenana Tue 21-Jun-16 13:37:15

Wish I'd read that a couple of hours ago Stansgran I've just returned from there and I love Turkish delight.

Stansgran Tue 21-Jun-16 13:33:08

Turkish delight. 3 for £1 in Tesco . I don't let's myself shop there. Local shop PO has one pack of Turkish Delight 89p. Far too expensive. Therefore Very kind to my waistline .

jinglbellsfrocks Tue 21-Jun-16 13:30:39

[shock Don't buy! Ignore the "bargains". Tell y ourself they are only cheap because other, thinner, folk don't want to buy them.

Charleygirl Tue 21-Jun-16 13:30:21

Oh dear, I am not a fan of dolly mixtures but anything similar and I would have had a pack a day. I have some self control, not a lot!

grannylyn65 Tue 21-Jun-16 13:28:31

? !!!!
