I make it most weeks in the summer as a salad. I've used both types. But not semolina.
For 2 people - half a glass of couscous half a glass of boiling water. Rest for a few minutes then fork up
After that I add a very little walnut oil, cider vinegar, honey and mustard.
Finally some raisins cashews and chopped dried apricots.
