My 3yr old DGS has asked me to make his mummy a birthday cake,
as he wants to blow the candles out!
My DD doesn't usually have a birthday cake as she is allergic to egg.
I have in the past made cakes from recipes that use white vinegar instead of eggs.
However they always seemed heavy and dense (not light and fluffy).
Do any GNers have tried and tested recipe.
I know there are recipes on the net but I don't have time for a test run.
