Just that really. DD made them for an event, and I put them in the freezer. Thawed them for that event and they have not all been eaten - and there are loads more than OH can eat - I cannot have choc because of migraine. Would you put them back in the freezer?

I believe it's safe to refreeze cakes and bread, can't see brownies being any different

Yes I would. You can refreeze chocolate brownies.

I still don't understand the question tchgrin
It's like references to "left over wine" in recipes.
As Mañuel might say "Qué?"

They contain a lot of sugar so I wouldn't worry about re-freezing them.

Yes.

Freeze them in the original baking dish, placing a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the brownies, another piece covering the whole dish, then cover the dish with aluminum foil. Use freezer tape to ensure the foil doesn't ride up. Thaw the brownies in their wrapping at room temperature.

Yes. They might dry out a bit, that's all

I would not worry about them. They are full of sugar and very little protein to go off as pies might. I don't know if it might affect the texture ! In which case just pour custard over them and enjoy them that way.
