Breville Halo

Hi. Has anyone got one of these. Got mine before Christmas and am seriously impressed with chips, roast potatoes, roast vegetables but no so with the recipes. It came with a small number of recipes and have made chicken korma and stroganoff in it. They both turned out dry even though l followed the instructions to the letter. The korma was better the second time when l doubled the coconut milk but then doesn't taste the same. Am l doing something wrong or is this the failing with it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
