I make a hungarian pork goulash with paprika and sour cream. Good with rice, mash or pasta.

Pork meat balls, served with the sauce of your choice.

Just use in any recipe you have that requires diced or minced pork but only cook for 20 minutes to thoroughly heat through.

Sweet and sour pork is yummy!

Sounds lovely all of them, thank you.

Curry, stir fry, a nice pie perhaps with some leeks and carrots added and I do like a pork and mustard stroganoff, with a few mushrooms.

OH yes! Pork and mustard stroganoff is lovely.

Curry is lovely, or how about a stroganoff sauce?

I do a kind of take on Andalucian Pork Stew only using cubed cooked pork rather than pork fillets.

Onions, celery, carrots, garlic, red pepper, chickpeas or cannellini beans (or both)all go in the slow cooker with chicken stock. You can also add some cubed chorizo.

I add the leftover pork towards the end so it keeps its shape.

It's nice with new potatoes and green beans.

I agree I threw most of our pork joint out last week but I should have perhaps tried a stir fry or a curry.

Hi, has anybody got any ideas how to use up left over Pork? Just having it cold all the time is boring. Thanks. smile
