Gosh, I have just looked at this and realised it was what an American colleague of mine once made and brought in to work for a small function we were having. It was one of the most delicious things I'd eaten. I must have a go at it on the next appropriate occasion!

I just looked it up. It looks interesting.

But I'll just stick with my up-ended tub of Philadelphia Cheese with a half bottle of mild chilli dip sauce poured over. Takes 30 seconds - voila !!
