You'll never want shop bought roasted nuts after doing your own with this easy peasy receipe
Butter 20 grams
100 gm macadamias - brazils- cashews - walnuts - or nuts of your choice
Salt pepper
Temp 200c
Heat oven 10 mins
7 mins to cook
Turn oven on to warm for 10 mins
Melt butter add to nuts and good stir
Add salt and pepper (sorry I just guess amount but don't scrimp)
Another good stir
Spread nuts over baking sheet and put in oven
Mine take 7 mins to lightly brown but keep an eye as they will burn quite quickly
Remove from oven keep hands off till they cool down, then enjoy
