I always loved the M+S honey and mustard dressing but they've changed it. It's really oily now. Not pleasant.
Is there a good honey + mustard dressing out there?

The honey and mustard have to be added to a base of oil and acid.
There are so many different oils and acids available now, that's what makes the difference.
Personally I don't like olive oil in salad dressing.

Whisk together glug of olive oil, teaspoon of honey, teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper?

I make mine using walnut oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard and a little garlic. I make mine in an old mustard jar and mix it by giving it all a good shake - similar principle to Jamie Oliver's dressing maker but free!

I make mine with mayonnaise, mustard, honey, BBQ sauce( just a little) and a squirt of lemon juice.

Whip together .

Delicious !!

I mix 2 parts honey to 1 part Dijon mustard, thin to taste with 1/2 part Asian rice vinegar, may need a little water.

Nothing beats Mary Berry dressing.
