Made a steak pie with a lovely suet crust top, trouble was I finally realised, after puzzling about the strange appearance that I'd used plain flour

Now I've removed the flat piece of uncooked pastry and replaced it with the properly made suet crust. OH is wondering why he's having to wait ?
