Yes, turkey - and I won't have to cook it. It's going to be delivered by my sister and partner, part cooked already.
I made the cranberry .

Turkey at DDs, along with a ham which I am cooking at the moment.I'm also taking a Christmas pud and brandy butter, as SiLs family don't eat it, she's doing a chocolate roulade.

Yes turkey for us but I'm cooking a crown as there will only be 5 this year my daughter is also cooking a leg of lamb and bringing it with her as both she and OH love lamb but the rest of us aren't keen. All the trimming to go with it all.

We will have our meal at DD2's home. SIL from Yorkshire will be cooking full roast dinner, complete with Yorkshire puddings and his special gravy. No turkey - I believe there will be chicken, pork and a carve-able Veggie roast with vegetarian haggis stuffing. I will supply a pot of vegetable broth, fruit salad and raspberry pavlovas for dessert.

I will take great pleasure from the fact that most of the fruit and veg (even the Sprouts) will be home grown in our garden. blush

I’ll be having turkey, cooked by son in law, then cold turkey and ham at my house on Boxing Day.
I’m mostly vegetarian but eat meat when I choose to, I haven’t taken a vow not to and nobody cares what I eat.
I’ve never found a satisfactory veggie recipe for Christmas dinner. I don’t want breadcrumbs ( nut roast) or anything wrapped in pastry. Meat isn’t 50% carbohydrates as most veggie dishes are.

This year we are having Turkey and all the trimmings.
We had an M&S seafood platter for the two previous Christmas meals.
Followed by the usual Christmas fayre.

Don’t know. Going to DD2 and they just talked of meat! It’ll be a surprise!

There's only two of us so turkey is off the menu. I've made a nut loaf instead and we'll have all the usual veg and trimmings. I also bought frozen lobster from Aldi and thought it would be a change.
Don't want to be tied to the stove all day.
Are you having the traditional turkey tomorrow?
