M & S sell 'live yogurt' and various other kinds of yogurt, not labelled 'live'. I recently wrote to their customer relations department to ask whether this meant that all their yogurts not so labelled were not live, and if so, were they really yogurt. I had no reply; I sent a follow-up email - still no reply.
Does anyone else feel a bit unhappy about this? I sort of assumed that all yogurt was live, which was one of the qualities I buy it for.
