I have just been made aware of this

Thanks. I hadn't heard so have contacted a few vulnerable people who may not know. Glad I only use fresh veg!

We don't usually buy any, except for peas; I don't think they are on the list.

Checked my freezer and the ones I have are a different date. I've let my DIL know though - she works at one of the supermarkets mentioned and didn't know about it!

OMG I have the sweet corn and I’ve eaten half of it. Off to Lidl as soon as the wine has cleared my head!

Listeria can apparently be killed off if you cook the food properly. I have a pack of mixed veg, of which we have eaten some already, and I can't decide whether to take it back or just cook it properly and eat it. We also have some sweetcorn, but not the relevant kind. Usually we don't have anything except peas - bad time to change!

I’m surprised this hasn’t been more widely advertised.

DH has loads in the garage freezer for fishing.....

Just discovered we have one of the products in our freezer - Tesco mixed veg with peppers. Only about a quarter of the bag left, and we're both hale and hearty. Not sure I want to risk eating what's left though...

I only have BirdsEye frozen peas, which don't seem to be on the list.
How worrying though, that some people have died. And what a waste.

There was a smallish notice outside Lidl, warning people but I didn't see a notice in Waitrose.

All supermarkets and various makes seem to be affected so I would have thought this would have been on prime-time news.
