I’m making some (first time) and it’s not thickening much, it’s still runny - will it thicken when it cools?

Recipe says stir for 10 mins - I’ve been going 20 now!

Hi Hooty it may set when it cools.
If not use as a lovely sauce over ice cream.

I make my lemon curd in the microwave.
Never fails (touchwood!)

Just google lemon curd made in the microwave smile

Thanks, my arm is drpping off stirring it! I think I’ll just jar it now then. Thank you!

It did thicken when it cooled - and it tastes absolutely delicious!

Well done! worth the arm ache.
I love lemon curd.
Don't make it very often because of the calories.
But it is a lovely treat.
I also make lime curd (in the microwave)smile
