I loved frozen yoghurt when i lived in the Middle East, they sell it from the Mr Whippy type machines, lots of flavours and toppings.
I tried to make and freeze yoghurt when i came home. It was okay but it was more ice lolly consistencty than ice cream.

I think frozen yoghurt contains sugar

I have frozen it, when it thaws it separates and tastes acidic. You can buy frozen yogurt so I do not know how that is done unless you have to eat it whilst still frozen.

I don't think so as the texture and taste both change. My fridge was playing up and the back was very cold and anything coming into contact with it was freezing and I don't believe it was edible. It certainly didn't look it.

I have a bit too much here for various reasons and would like to freeze it. I would be interested in others' opinions/experiences.
