Seaweed salt

DD1 has come home from a French holiday with loads of goodies for us but what do I do with seaweed salt? It's extremely salty.

I have some lava salt. Dont know what to do with that either. I look at it and then lose my nerve! Sorry thats not at all helpful!

It should be good for you as it contains iodine I think - just don't use too much of it.

Can salt be extremely salty? grin
Perhaps; we use Himalayan rock salt and DH says we don't need as much of it!

I love salt and have to make sure I don’t overdo it The saltier the better I do like the Himalayan salt. I d really like to try the seaweed salt might have a salty fishy taste
