Reading another thread a poster mentioned the top shelf of her fridge with all the odd bits on it. Well, on my shelf I’ve somehow ended up with approximately 150g of plain unsalted peanuts that are going to go out of date soon. Bearing in mind that I live on my own and am seriously dieting, to be ready for Christmas, any suggestions as to how I can use them up will be gratefully received.
