What a wonderful woman ! I really admire her. She is so interested in everything cookery and is always willing to try out new and exotic flavours after her many years of plain " housewife " baking/cooking.

Her well-being is down to the lovely food that she eats and enjoys. That Moroccan salad looked delicious, satisfying and so good for you. I will do it sometime-----when the weather picks up ! Like summertime.smile

I am enjoying that programme too Gabriella. Mary seems up for anything. I particularly enjoyed her playing drums in Rick Astley's band at a music festival.

I've been enjoying the new series of Mary Berry cookery programmes and jyst watched the Marrakech episode.
She seems so full of energy and I have copied the Morroccan salad which was delicious.
Tomorrow I'm making a suet pudding with a syrup topping.
I haven't had one for more than 50 years and I just fancy doing one for myself. I might also make a jam roly-poly at the weekend with, of course, Birds custard.
