Yes, dead easy to make! Even I can do it, using a Chapatti maker as a bakestone.

I despise the carby little buggers though. Straight to the hips!

Mmmn can I come round ? I love welsh cakes, maybe I’ll make some myself haven’t done that for years.

I’m not much of a baker, but just recently discovered how easy Welsh Cakes are to make. The grandchildren love them and I enjoy having something homemade to offer visitors.

Big success. Going to cook up another batch today.
