Mash with some butter and for a bit of colour mash in some broccoli.
You could also cut the cauliflower vertically into inch steaks and fry.

You have a delicious cauliflower cheese, DH can have cauliflower without cheese. His choice.

Toss florets with garlic cloves and chopped bacon and olive oil and roast!

Make sure that you have the lovely cauliflower cheese. Yes, just mash his with butter and pepper. Dairy products don't cause or aggravate catarrh anyway, it's just an old wives tale.

Treat it like a potato, mash it with butter , a wee bit of milk and some black pepper. It's a yummy surprise !

I bought a cauli looking forward to cauliflower cheese.
But husband says he can't eat cheese because of his current catarrh problem hmm.
Has anyone an idea of another way to cook it? I find it almost tasteless on its own as a veg.
