Does anyone remember frofrutes? They were small bars of frozen fruit pulp (I remember blackcurrant best, I think) wrapped in a heavy rather soft foil. I don’t think they were available for more than a year or so : sometime between 1948 and 1950. My husband and I both remember them - he was in London, I was in Leeds so they must have been quite widely available - but we can’t find anyone else with the fond memories!
To think that London, or anywhere else for that matter, does not belong to any one demographic
