By "it" I meant cabbage. Of course.

Loadsavits. A.C.E.

Perhaps you haven't had it for a long time gillybob and are just craving some old fashioned comfort food.

Years ago a friend of mine craved iceberg lettuce. She'd eat a whole one while she was driving back from the supermarket.

It turned out she'd developed a mineral deficiency because she spent a long time pulling ragwort out of her horse's field and wasn't wearing gloves.

Nasty stuff, ragwort.

I crave seasonal food seasonally- Scantly seasoned-Caramelized stuff and crusty edges come autumn- I don't know if that makes me deficient- Maybe more conditioned to eating certain things certain times of the year- Cabbage is in season right now ..

What vitamins are in it?

What do you think it means to crave cabbage ? I’m not pregnant .
