Spray can silicone

Saw it once somewhere, for cooking.
Anyone use it?

I use silicone paper but a spray would be more efficient

I think Lakeland might sell it, and there are some available on Ebay. I just use the Fry light 1 cal cooking spray, sold in all supermarkets. It works every time!

shysal I've used it to buy the spray.
I notice it's oil which is fine, but I'm sure I saw silicone somewhere!
