Hello all, and good wishes.

Today I have used the last of the Christmas turkey!

A tub of cooked turkey meat from the freezer was made into turkey, ham and mushroom pie, and jolly good it was too, although I say it myself!

(Must confess, I do cheat blush)

I still have a container of turkey stock and enough small pieces of dark turkey meat for two more meals, possibly a risotto end/or a turkey biryani.

Yay, M0nica A woman after my own heart!

BUT will you actually use them?

Well done M0nica, I’ve only just used last of my turkey in a curry!

phoenix you should be saving your turkey ?. You never know when you might need it with the way this virus thing is going. I went shopping yesterday for a few bits and found I couldn’t get Tiptree Strawberry jam (has to be that make as DH has a ..delicate stomach). Also no stock of floor cloths, tissues or toilet rolls. I didn’t have any left overs this year as we went out both days. However, now the subject has come up I have just remembered I’ve got two mini Christmas puddings somewhere. ? I’m off to track them down ?

Yes, I will. I always do! Efficient stock control in this house! grin.

I was doing next weeks menu plan earlier. It includes a turkey chilli.
