So when I was a girl 1975 ish. Our neighbour Dolly made the best yourkshire pudding ever. Ever. Just the best . She had a fork and enamel bowl water milk flour egg yet I’ve never ever tasted them like it since. They were totally risen tasted eggy and rose into monumental curves. Ginormous they were. She moved to Aussie yrs ago , where she became famous for her Yorkshire pudding parties with wine on the beach . Does anyone know of the recipe

I use a cup of flour (plain), a cup of milk and 3 eggs. Really hot fat and don’t open the oven door until they’re ready. Never fail.

Mary Berry's recipe is the one I use, never fails. As it's just me now, I batch cook a dozen at time and freeze them, take one out when I want one and reheat for a few minutes in a hot oven.
