C19 Tips

As food seems to be a major concern
right now.
I thought I would put my passion to some good use and start a tips thread.
To start you off.

Buy wraps and pitta breads to freeze as they take up so little space.

If you can buy fresh peppers,ginger, chilli and turmeric to chop and freeze, they can transform most meats/legumes.

Harissa and tomato purée are priceless if all you have is dried foods.
