We're changing to summer menus now, not so many stews etc.
Cold meat or chicken with salads.
I'm going to make a couscous salad and have forgotten the basic quantities. Is is equal amounts of couscous and fluids?
I usually add oil, vinegar etc after that. Then other things.

Yes, I do 1:1, plus a dash of olive oil, lemon juice etc.

I've just been having a little sort out of the store cupboard and there's half a bag of couscous that needs to see the light of day!
