What are you all having to eat tonight? I cook every evening and have been getting bored with the usual meals. Tonight, I've made a Chicken Jambalaya - it's a Hello Fresh recipe I had ages ago, but I bought all the ingredients and have adapted it a bit.

I've made a carrot cake for afters.... with cream grin

Leftover chicken casserole from yesterday, so no cooking for me. Maybe enough left for a small lunch tomorrow as well.

Puzzler61 Tue 05-Jan-21 17:03:13

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauli, carrots, peas and gravy.
The leftover chicken will make a good stew tomorrow.
No pudding.

I have just checked on the Cook range, it all looks very good, slightly expensive but not bad.
A garden centre near us does a limited range so when we are released from incarceration I shall check it out.

We have just collected a Cook Shop meal.
Chicken Alexander.
Sounds nice , and I shall steam some baby new potatoes and have peas or broccoli with it.

We had Cooks Beef Stroganoff for NY, can recommend it with mash and creamed spinach, delicious.

Boiled ham tonight with mash, broccoli, carrots and green beans. All cooked by live in chef.wink

So tired of planning and cooking again so it’s thawed out chicken breasts and a jar of shop bought Korma Sauce which I always keep in for emergencies.
I will cook the rice myself?.

I have taken a couple of Rump steaks out of the freezer and will cook them with a few oven chips, Grilled mushrooms. Tomatoes, and peas. I made a Chicken Korma yesterday from scratch, which we had the remainder of for Lunch today, and shared a fairly large Nan bread with it, so tonight's meal will be served a little later than usual at around 7pm.
