Could some of you super jam makers out there please tell me how to rescue some overcooked blackberry jam! The only way to render it spreadable is by giving it a ten second blast in the microwave but doing that is too much of a faff! The flavour is okay, it’s just the texture that is the problem. Is there a way of thinning it down?
