You can buy it in any vegan-friendly shop or market. But, in my opinion, the best way to get it, make it by yourself.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw cashews
3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

I wish I could remember where I bought the previous block from.

I know that proper parmesan cheese is never vegetarian because it uses rennet.

Most supermarket own brand are vegetarian. Tesco does one.

I bought this a few years ago, but I now cannot remember where I got it.

Can anyone suggest somewhere that sells it? Either online or physical shop.
