The Main meal of the day is usually eaten around 5pm,
Lunch is between 12 noon to 1pm,
Breakfast is between 8.30am to 10am and unless on holiday usually consists of Cereals, Toast or Yogurt with Fruit.
Supper is normally between 9.30pm and 10pm, when we have a hot drink and a light snack, sometimes a couple of Crackers and a slither of Cheese if we are really hungry.
I have a medical condition we’re need to eat smaller portions of food quite regularly rather than one large meal at a time which would make me feel ill. DH has a sweet tooth and would happily snack on sweets, cakes and biscuits all day, then blame me for my Cooking and large portion sizes when he can no longer get his trousers to fasten easily!
