Instant Pot

I still have to do any recipes on it but I love it.
The air fryer option works great!

What do you all recommend?

Not an Instant Pot, but a Ninja Foodi 9-in-1 and it makes the best stew and dumplings ever in a fraction of the normal time. Oh, and risottos and paella - done and dusted in 10 minutes!

The penny has dropped here- I thought you meant instant pot noodles etc which to me are disgusting.

I love my Instant Pot! We use it a lot for soups and stews and, being vegetarian, it's great for cooking dried beans quickly. There are lots of good recipes but only two books (as far as I'm aware) written for the British market. They are both by Jenny Tschiesche. Her most recent book is vegetarian and I am gradually working my way through the recipes. There's a Facebook Instant Pot book that's very useful too.

The ones I have seen on Ideal World channel 22 have been huge and would not fit in my kitchen. Would they be suitable for one living on her own?

I have an Instant Pot (and an Air fryer) and use the Instant Pot all the time nearly everyday. Instant Pot has its own website with lots of recipes. Have a look, also if you are on Facebook a fantastic Instant Pot group with lots of recipes, videos and user recipes.

Would not be without mine, make stews etc that only I enjoy and then freeze single portions for future meals. Lots of videos on Youtube and I think they come in different sizes.

There’s a small Instant Pot if you don’t have a lot of space.

I gave my instant pot to my DD, she uses it much more than I did.

No I don't have an instant pot but am a great advocate of one pot cooking either in the oven or on the top. It is so easy and certainly saves on the washing up!
