It has to have Hughes of thyme , chilli and scallion vital 'musts' in all Jamaican cooking.

It sounds like a dish I do Caribbean rice and peas you have the same ingredients add all spice or cumin with thyme and spring onions to finish. It's a BBC good food recipe.

Does anyone have a recipe involving the following ingredients please?

Rice, coconut milk, stock, black eyed peas, garlic....

I hear it’s really good but can’t find a recipe.
