Try googling sweets with shredded wheat , cocoa powder, Travelnan I jjust did and found several recipes.

When sweets were rationed I remember my Mother making sweets with shredded wheat , cocoa powder and some other ingredients. Can anyone remember the recipe as just fancy making some. Happy days.
