Slow cooked leg of lamb

I do mine overnight in the slow oven - I believe the temperature is about 100 deg.

Thanks ladies I always buy a couple of legs of lamb from Tesco at Christmas and Easter when they are half price and freeze them . How I wish lamb was not so expensive for the rest of the year . New Zealand lamb I use for curries or casseroles never roast it .

I have a leg of lamb in the freezer bought for a slow cooked Kleftico for a family Sunday lunch during winter 2020. Looking forward to using it in winter 2021!! My recipe is 4 hours at 160.

Hello, I do this at Gas mark 3 which seems to translate as 165C or 135F. Hope it turns out well.

I want to cook a leg of lamb in my fan oven for 5 hours . I have forgotten what temperature I usually do this at and online I see anything from 140 to 100 . I add white wine and veggies and cover it with foil some of the time .
