I had some broccoli on the turn so decided to make soup with it. I put too much pepper in it. Anybody know of any way I can rectify it please? I’m thinking maybe a swirl of yogurt or creme fraiche when serving.

Yes, or make more of it by using something with it? Leek, potato and broccoli maybe?

Peel and cut up a large potato.
Boil up the soup with the potato in it (until the potato is cooked- don’t let it go to mush though) and it will absorb the excess salt

Great ideas thank you. I’ll try the potato I think .

If trying the potato I would sieve out the broccoli first so you don't over-cook all the green out of it.
... or, if you have lost all the green I'd put a handful of spinach in at the end (chop it up).

Thank you I’ll bear that in mind.

Vegetables. Properly advised to use potatoes. This will help improve the dish.

Potatoes work for too much salt; I am not sure they can deal with pepper. I would use yoghurt or cream.
