Does anyone know if any of the supermarket honeys (or any honeys) are pasteurised, or are they all ‘raw’ or ‘pure’ and not heat treated? I am told that raw or unpasteurised honey is not suitable for people with compromised immune systems because of the risk of botulinum bacteria. Any thoughts?

“hive parts”. It doesn’t say any of that on the label. I’m thinking I might return it but have to think about what to buy in its place. Might have a look in Holland and Barratt.
