To try and keep healthy I make a mixture of seeds nuts and dried fruit to top fruit and yogurt.
Including
Chia seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds and Linseeds. I quite like dried Goji berries or any dried fruit and chopped nuts.

I make my own.
About 100grms rolled oats
A good handful of mixed seeds.
A few nuts.
A squirt of maple syrup or spoonful of honey.
Mix with hands
Spread on baking tray at gas 4
Five minutes, toss, another 5, toss again, final five minutes.
When cool add dried fruit and more nuts.

Oh my, Jacky B - that looks delicious. Once I'm released from house arrest( have covid), I shall try it. Thank you. Leave out the chocolate? Are you mad?

I have so often recommended this YouTube channel, and just this week they had a Granola recipe. I would leave out the chocolate, though. Sorry to anyone who has seen me recommend them before, but I do love watching them bake every week.

I haven't for a long time but used to. I should again. I usually just used things like nuts, seeds, oats (fruit is optional, if you want dried fruit). You could add coconut too. I just toasted it in the oven. I've seen some recipes use oil. I think I'd try to do it without that now. Maple syrup or honey for a bit of sweetening, though you could skip that. I guess fruit concentrate or juice could be used for sweetening too. You can experiment and see what you like. Custom granola.

I have been having granola on my morning yoghurt and fruit, it was a in a Xmas hamper, I had never had it before due to the high sugar content.
I love it!
I spent ages in Waitrose looking for a low sugar version without success, eventually I found one in my local whole food shop.
The price was eye watering and the bag very small?.
It is delicious though.
When it runs out I’m going to try making my own, anyone got tips or recipes please?
