I bought an old reconditioned Kenwood Chef on eBay a few years ago; from memory I think it was about £30. I had one many moons ago, and knew how reliable it was, but buying a new one would be several hundred pounds. I did a bit of research, and came to the conclusion that older models are far more reliable and stronger than the newer ones nowadays. It has been a total success!
