DH loves rice pudding made with half evaporated milk and half full fat milk.

Toast with thick butter so that your teeth leave an imprint when you eat it, topped with tangy orange or lime marmalade.

Witzend - I so love homemade rice pudding and add cream to it! Luckily DH isn’t keen on rice pudding so I get to eat most of it! ??

WWM2 - first spread the butter, then a layer of jam….that’s what I do - ?

I made a gluten free lemon flan off a YouTube recipe yesterday. It didn't turn out quite as expected - for one thing it was ginormous and instead of looking like a flan it looked like a huge Yorkshire Pudding. Tasted like a fluffy lemon pancake. Ate the lot, with a bit of help from Mr A. Going to have another go this evening.

My young man has just brought round some strawberries to eat tonight. Just plucking up courage to tell him that I've scoffed all the ice-cream he bought for us yesterday. Oh dear!

I have a thing about bread and jam. Obsessed I am?
