Spent most of the afternoon making passata for the freezer so it just had to be gf pizza tonight. Yum!

That looks fab. Did you make the base - if so, how ?

A treat for OH’s birthday. Steak medallions and chips with mushrooms and onion rings. A bottle of house red from Tesco to go with it. Gruel the rest of the week !!

Beans on toast.
I'm not very hungry because if the heat, and I've a load of other cooking to do tor a family get-together tomorrow, so standards have dropped where tea is concerned.

Strawberries and cream

Too hot to cook so jacket potatoes cooked in the microwave, tinned mackerel in tomato sauce, home made (ish) coleslaw, grated cheese to add.

We have DGS 3 here tonight so we have had, chipolata sausages creamy mash and baked beans. For dessert, strawberry fluff, strawberries and cream.

Cheese, ham and spring onion omelette. An ice lolly for afters!!
