Lentil veg stew, salad, rolls. Biscuits and fruit. Younger GC will be here for no known reason, their food choice is always a mystery.

Last day of our trip away Chinese usually my favourite. Unfortunately not been very well this week and everything tastes bland. Home tomorrow start of comfort food soups and casseroles.

Dh is out for dinner tonight, so I’ve just had a very small cauliflower, green leaves included, simmered to just al dente, with a load of grated cheese on top.
Very nice it was too.

We are away so it's the local Indian restaurant tonight. It's a special occasion for us today I would have liked a Chinese banquet but there is no Chinese restaurant here.

Oh Monica, I hope you feel better soon. You have had it before haven't you?

We are having a Chinese takeaway, get the pitchforks out as we had a Turkish one last night but we have 4 working, tax paying adults in our house and one is leaving us tomorrow so I have gone along with it smile
