It looks as though it has melted/softened slightly and refrozen in a collapsed state in the container on it’s side maybe?

Hi, yes, I think so -looking at the photo, the tub has melted then previously rested on what is now at the part right by where the white paper and red lid are, and has settled, with the flat bit of the sorbet then forming the top?

I've just opened this sorbet.
I know I could do with losing a few pounds, but this is ridiculous.
