Super easy risotto recipe?

I think it is Gallo or similar name who make one in box.
I have one in the cupboard but havent tried it yet.
I am in bed so can't check now.
I just know it is very simple.

I make risotto in the automatic pressure cooker/ slow cooker, all singing all dancing thing!
It’s really good, you do everything on “brown”, add all the liquid and set for “rice” and it does it’s stuff and it is perfect.
It really is a fabulous gadget, I’ve always had a pressure cooker but these new ones really are amazing. Almost wort it for the risottos alone.

Should add it’s an easy make, but a bit time consuming - about half an hour of constant attention.

I made pea and bacon risotto for dinner tonight. It was OK, nothing special.

There’s a recipe on the side of my box of Arborio rice for making it on the hob.. I actually enjoy the process of making risotto (especially the glass of wine for the pot and one for the cook!). I do think there’s a recipe where the pot goes into the oven, so doesn’t need constant attention.
