I froze my home made Christmas puds this year as a friend who is a good cook says that’s what she does.
I took one out and de-frosted it, but didn’t re-heat it as we didn’t feel hungry enough.
This was Christmas night, we intended to have it Boxing Day.
If we still don’t feel very hungry, do you think it’s ok to just leave it or will it now ‘go off?’
Obviously don’t want to re-freeze it.
Wish I hadn’t bothered freezing them in the first place.
(The dried fruit was well soaked in alcohol before I made them).
Terrible relationship with DIL - am I the problem?
