Duo Nova Instant Pot

I've been given one as a gift. I've got an Aga but that gets turned off in warmer weather so I use an induction hob and a combi oven/microwave instead. I'm looking to save energy if possible and also liven up my recipes. Any help/suggestions would be gratefully received. TIA.

We have a Pressure King Pro which might be a similar thing. It is a slow cooker/pressure cooker with a range of settings for meat, stew, rice, soup etc.
Have a look on the internet, you will no doubt find some recipes ideas in there.

I have a King Pro as well. It’s my most used kitchen gadget.

YouTube will probably have plenty of information and recipes.
