The chicken would roast in its own fat so maybe you can eat chicken fat which could be used instead of the fats that you do not think you can eat.

Gosh, poor you, SewnSew. I'd find that very hard too. What about home-made soups for lunches? If you make them yourself you'll know exactly what's in them.

Also, what about eggy things. If you can eat roast chicken, which does contain fat, eggs and soups shouldn't present too many problems. Good luck!

As I am unable to digest fat in any form - butter, marge, oils, cream, cheese - it is really hard to think of nice healthy lunches for me. Dinners aren't too hard - a nice roast chicken, for example. But lunches are a major problem. If anyone has any ideas I would be really grateful. Thanks!
