What can you do with left over lamb?

I’m sure the dog would be very happy, but I’d sweat some onions, add some stock (ideally from the lamb bone but a lamb cube would do) add a handful of pearl barley and some diced potato, carrot and turnip, simmer for about half an hour until all tender.

Meanwhile, I’d cut every scrap of fat off the meat, cut it up small, and add it to the pot for the last 5 minutes, to heat through. Plus some frozen peas.
This is what I do with the scant remains of a lamb roast, preferably one on the bone. It’s very tasty.

What MOnica says - left over lamb is excellent in so many easy dishes.
I dislike waste so avoid it wherever possible.

What can't you do with left over lamb! 1) curry it, 20 moussaka, 3 meatballs in tomato sauce 4) Just heat it through in gravy 5) shepherd's pie 6) use it in any lamb stew or casserole recipe. 7) heat it through, pull it and stuff in pittas with middle eastern seasoning , 8) or in burger buns with the usual things to go with it, 9)Put it in risoto with mushrooms, 10, use it to fill a pie with lots of tasty gravy.

Dice cooked lamb and stir in, at last 2 minutes, to Mushroom Risotto. Bonus if you have sun-dried tomatoes to add as well.

Hate cold lamb so I'd put it in the bin.

I generally made plenty of gravy with the meat juices so we just chop up what's left of the meat and heat it up in the leftover gravy.

Great with rice and some greens and so easy.

I usually put it in a stir fry.

Use it for hotpot, or dice into a pilaff

I think cold lamb is delicious and shoulder is the best cut. If any left after I had made a sandwich or just picked at all day a curry is good - rogan Josh or shepherds pie. Cut off the fatty bits.

I cooked shoulder of lamb yesterday and it was lovely. My husband sliced it all up and there was quite a lot left.

It just looks so revolting cold with little blobs of fat all over. 🤮

What could I do with it other than give it to a neighbour’s dog?
