Gluten free biscuits recipe without oats

I have a recipe that uses no flour - it is really easy

I egg
100g caster sugar
200g peanut butter
30g chopped chocolate (optional)

Heat oven to 200c/180 fan

Beat egg and sugar together then add peanut butter and continue beating. Add chocolate - if using.

Make into balls approx 30g.

Place on a baking sheet. Press down with a fork dipped in sugar

Bake for 14 mins, leave to cool on the tray for a few minutes then move to a cooking rack.

We make them with the dgc.

I have other ones but that is so easy I rarely use any others.

Thanks kittylester that does sound really easy but unfortunately I don't like peanuts!

I've used any recipe but you might need to add just a dash of milk as gf recipes need more fluid.
